Groe Solutions is the company behind GroeFit, a gym space and equipment utilization intelligence platform. We help gym owners and operators understand how their space and equipment are actually being used so they can make decisions that keep members coming back.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

HubSpot
HubSpot is our marketing and CRM platform. It sets the following cookies: hubspotutk (tracks your identity across sessions so we can connect your activity to your contact record), _hstc (sets the main tracking session cookie), _hssrc (tells us whether you've opened an email from us), _hs_cookie_cat_pref (records your cookie preferences). HubSpot also tracks your activity on our site and powers our meeting scheduler and lead capture forms.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
GA4 helps us understand how visitors use our site. It tells us which pages are most visited, how long people spend on the site, and which traffic sources bring the most visitors. Google Ads
Google Ads tracking sets a cookie (_gcl_aw) when you click one of our Google ads. This lets us measure whether the ad led to a meaningful action on our site.

LinkedIn Insight Tag
The LinkedIn Insight Tag lets us see how LinkedIn members interact with our website and measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising campaigns. LinkedIn may collect your IP address and other technical data as part of this process.

LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms
When you fill out a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn shares the information you submitted with us (typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title). We import this data into our HubSpot CRM to follow up with you. This data is governed by LinkedIn's own privacy policy in addition to ours.

HubSpot Meeting Scheduler
Our meeting scheduler is powered by HubSpot. When you book a meeting, HubSpot collects your contact details and meeting information, handled according to HubSpot's privacy policy.

How We Share Your Information

We share your information with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf: HubSpot (marketing, CRM, meeting scheduling), Google (Analytics and Ads), and LinkedIn (Advertising and Lead Gen Forms). These providers are contractually required to keep your information secure. We may also share your information if required by law.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as we have an active relationship with you or as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. If you request deletion, we will comply, subject to legal obligations. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email or by contacting us directly.
